Where is my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order status details description:
Processing: order has been placed and paid
Transmitted to Aimplify: the order has been transmitted to our fulfillment center and will be shipped shortly. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped
Completed: the order has been shipped and is in transit or delivered.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay in a variety of ways, including credit cards,  debit cards, sofort, giro pay, AliPay, ApplePay…

When will I get a tracking number?

You will get a notification email from our fulfillment center once your parcel is ready to be shipped. Currently it takes 3 to 10 days. After this delay, please contact us. 

Where can I find my order notifications ?
Notifications are sent via email or if you are a registered customer, you can find them in “my account”
When will I get my items?
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your parcel has not been dispatched yet, you can contact us directly and we will try to update your address. If your parcel has already been shipped, try to contact your local post instead.
Track your parcel easily once it is outside of Germany

Sometimes your DHL tracking number does not display anything once it is outside of Germany. You can either go to your local post office website:
